1. Items will be shipped from our US Warehouse, 24-48 hours shipping out. We offer free shipping and available tracking number.
2. Delivery Days: 2-8 business days of US 48 States. The shipping time will be varied because of the local post office processing time.

PETKIT is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If our products didn’t meet your expectation, you may return your purchase within 30 days from delivery date with original packaging. Please email us to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier or their choice.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO PETKIT’S RETUN ADDRESS.
